The teaching pack for the ‘Coping Strategies and Resilience’ Unit for National 4 and National 5 is now available on the Mental Health and Wellbeing page on the SQA Main Site. https://www.sqa.org.uk/sqa/83453.html We hope to have the final teaching pack for the unit ‘Understanding Mental Health Issues’ available in the next few weeks. Hello, The Teaching Pack for the ‘Influences on Mental Health and Wellbeing’ Unit (National 4 & National 5) is now available on the Mental Health and Wellbeing Page under the ‘Unit learning support material’ tab. We hope to have the Teaching Pack for the ‘Coping Strategies and Building Resilience’ Unit published next week and this should be closely followed by the pack for ‘Understanding Mental Health Issues’ Unit. We will begin the development of SOLAR digital assessments for all units within levels 4 and 5 of the MH & WB Awards in June. We anticipate that these will be available for use before the end of the year and further updates will be provided as the development progresses.
Centres can now access the full suite of Assessment Support Packs (ASP’s) for the Mental Health and Wellbeing Awards at levels 4 and 5. These can be found on the SQA Secure Site and can be accessed by designated centre staff. If you have any questions regarding the content of these, please feel free to get in touch. Jen
