Mental Health and Wellbeing – Understanding Standards Webinar
Hello,
I just wanted to post on the blog about the mental health and wellbeing understanding standards webinar as I’ve now realised i forgot to do this in amongst the Christmas and lockdown madness – apologies.
The webinar will take place next Thursday from 5-6.30pm and will include a review and discussion around candidate evidence and a variety of different information relating to the award delivery. You can get more information and sign up for the webinar here:https://www.sqa.org.uk/sqa/96305.html?mkt_tok=eyJpIjoiTWpFME4yWXpObUUzTURkbCIsInQiOiJrMkhnU2Z5VnNkV1FBV0F3bWxPUGpkcVM2TTBodFhZYXgrTnJlNk1NOGRZUER0NG9nZWlFZ05jdDI5QVVuMVBOYll1RmtvM1J6ZjFYcStETVp4Q2NsVVd1b3NQXC9saWJzRjJmNHV4ZnlMN3NKZG9sQ1wvR1dLQzc3dzJqem45ZTlrIn0%3D
We hope to see you all there, albeit virtually.
Cheers

Hi Calum spaces now full for this which is a real shame. Will this be recorded?
Hi Laura,
Let me look in to this and i’ll see what i can do. I’ll post on here if we are able to increase capacity.
Cheers
Calum
Yep gutted Callum as I tried to book also. Will there be a recording of this that we could catch later?
Hi Marion,
Sorry to hear that you never managed to get booked on. We’ve had loads of interest in the webinar which has been hugely positive but it is a shame we can’t increase capacity to allow others to attend.
The webinar will be recorded and this will go live at some point next week, I expect. I’ll post an update here on the blog when the recording is available.
Cheers
Hi trying to join but no spaces left. This is a really shame as I am actually delivering the course this year at level 5. Will this be recorded.
Hi Calum,
Have been monitoring this course for a while hoping more spaces would become available.
Is it possible to perhaps see a recording of this event?
I feel it would be really beneficial in helping us to understand what is expected and would great to engage with others running this course.
thanks,
Tony
Hello,
the webinar at the end of January(28th) was very useful. Will we have a recording soon to share the link with colleagues?
Hi Lada,
Thanks for the great feedback.
Unfortunately the preparation of the webinar for publication takes a bit longer than i anticipated so it’ll be mid march before it’s available i think – but, we’re working to make it available ASAP. I’ll post on update on the blog as soon as it’s ready.
Cheers
Thank you, please let us know when ready!
Any news on the webinar being made available please? A bit disappointing that I am actually delivering this course to 28 pupils this term, I could not get on the live webinar and it has still not been published? I would appreciate an update on this please OR if anyone could pass on any keynotes or PPTs that were used please? We want to make sure that the teaching and they way we are applying the assessment standards are correct. Many thanks Laura Ballantyne
Hi Laura,
Sorry to hear that you’re disappointed.
The webinar will be available mid-march. There have been webinars for many other subjects and these have to be edited and published in running order by another team within SQA who are working on this as quick as possible – i’ll post an update on the blog when it goes live. Unfortunately, the capacity of the webinar is determined by the webinar service provider as per our contract so there is nothing we can do when it reaches full capacity. Of course, we would rather everyone who would like to could attend but that just wasn’t possible with the level of interest in the webinar.
Cheers
Calum
Hi Callum
I missed the webinar when will the recording be available to watch?
Hi John,
Apologies for the delayed response. The recording will be available ASAP – it’s a separate team that deal with the publication of the webinar but i believe there has been an issue with the editing software which has delayed the publication.
Cheers
Hi,
Just wondering where and when the recording will be available?
Many thanks,
Rachel
Hi Rachel,
Apologies, there has been a slight delay with the publication of the webinar due to an issue with the editing software. We’re working to get this up ASAP.
Cheers
