NPA Esports update
The Qualification Development Team (QDT) for NPA Esports met today for the third time. The main task today was to agree a qualification structure.
The following structure was approved.
- Esports: The Esports Industry
- Esports: Game Performance
- Esports: Organising & Promoting Events.
This will be the same at each of the three levels (National 4, National 5 and Higher), which will help with progression between levels and multi-level teaching. Each of the units will be available on a stand-alone basis, too. It’s an important milestone to get the structure agreed. We can now progress to writing the component units in May and validation of the award in June.
