SQA Connections Week
Following the success of last year’s SQA Connections Week, SQA will be running the event again from Tuesday 1st to Friday 4th October 2024.
The online event offers schools, colleges and employers/training providers the opportunity to learn about qualification updates, get insights into new developments, and develop ideas for the future.
SQA Computing will be running the following session:
Thursday 3rd of October
- 4pm – 5pm: National Progression Award (NPA) in Computing Technology – this session will provide an overview of our new NPA Computing Technology SCQF levels 4,5,6.
NPA Computing Technology is a new qualification and there’s been a lot of interest from schools and colleges. This session will be delivered by a practising teacher, who will explain the contents of the qualification and discuss how best to embed it in the school curriculum.
Delegates will be able to register for as many sessions as they like, and the event can be attended by anyone within a centre.
