NextGen Accounting Validation
Happy New Year!
NextGen HNC and HND Accounting were both successfully validated on 30 October 2024.
Although these qualifications will continue to be piloted, the validation is a key milestone in their development.
The qualifications were well received in the meeting and recognised as a big step forward for the subject area and our learners. Recognised features include, the introduction of meta-skills, Learning for Sustainability, whole qualification grading and enhanced exemptions from Professional Qualifications and articulation pathways.
Our pilot centres, writers, vetters, and SIMs played an important role in this continued development, and we could not have gained validation without their input and guidance.
