Managing People and Organisations J4DL 34
Following feedback from centres, we are currently producing a new assessment support pack (ASP) for the Managing People and Organisations (J4DL 34) unit. This is based on assessment of the unit on an outcome by outcome basis, and will complement the existing holistic ASP. The new ASP will be available in May, ahead of the next academic year.
In addition, following further feedback, we have introduced a remediation band for assessment in recognition of the size and scope of the holistic assessment. This means that learners who achieve a mark of between 45% and 49% will be permitted to remediate their submission. Learners achieving below 45% will still require an entire re-assessment. We have updated the unit specification and ASP to reflect this change.
