All the members of our project team are making sure everything is in place for 10th August when candidates will receive their confirmed results. The free helpline opens at 8am on 10th August and the number to call is 0808 100 8000.

Our expert careers advisers are determined to provide each person who calls us with the tailored information, advice and support that they need.

We’re here to help people consider their options and next steps including vacancies at UK universities and colleges, Clearing, Modern, Foundation and Graduate apprenticeships, jobs and volunteering. There’s also information about the different types of apprenticeships and a Foundation Apprenticeship update for training providers.

We know that this has been another year like no other for young people, so it is very important to recognise the challenges that this has meant for them and to reassure them that there are still opportunities and they still have options.

As always, our first advice is not to panic and we’re here to help, so call the Helpline.

Helpline advisers will also be on social media, by direct message to My World of Work on Facebook or Instagram.

This year’s Results Helpline will be open from:

  • 8am-8pm on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th August
  • 9am-5pm on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th August
  • 9am-5pm on Monday 16th to Wednesday 18th August
