Further to my last post about the review of HN units, I am pleased to confirm that the following units have now been revised:
- Fermented Patisserie Products
- Specialised Patisserie
- Food and Beverage Operations
- Accommodation Management
- Hospitality Supervision
- Full details on the revised units and associated assessment support packs have been sent via email to centre co-coordinators.
