Further to my last post about the review of HN units, I am pleased to confirm that the following units have now been revised:

• Fermented Patisserie Products
• Pastry
• Specialised Patisserie
• Food and Beverage Operations
• Accommodation Management
• Hospitality Supervision
• Full details on the revised units and associated assessment support packs have been sent via email to centre co-coordinators.
• We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback and comments on the unit specifications and assessment material to date.  Keeping units up to date is an on going process and comments/suggestions can be made at any time using the feedback facility on our website.
