Team changes
As you may know. Emma is currently on maternity leave and was temporarily replaced by Aneta. I’m delighted to let you know that Aneta was successful in applying for a permanent position in the Business Education team. Aneta began work with her new team last week. I’m interviewing on Monday to replace Aneta until Emma returns in January.
There will also be a more permanent addition to the team. Hilary Cuthbertson will job share between my team and the Maths team. I will have Hilary for two days per week, commencing next week. Hilary is an addition to the team – not a replacement for anyone – to permit the team to support its large portfolio of qualifications.
My first task, once Hilary has joined and the replacement person has been selected, is to work out who does what. I’ll update the team diagram and share this with you. But in the meantime, welcome to Hilary and I’ll keep you posted about who gets the replacement job. Hilary (and the other new person) will tell you more about themselves once they officially join the team.
